Welcome to Howl of Freedom

Thank you so much for tuning in. If you are here, it means you followed me throughout my journey and for that, I am eternally grateful. I mean it. Sometimes, it’s difficult to just follow your calling. It might appear clear like the sky on a late summer day, but sometimes, it can be incredibly challenging to go for what’s yours.

That’s the story of my life. I’ve been following a scripted path long for the urge to be who I actually am to become not anymore just a nice-to-have or a day-dreaming thing, but a deep and hurtful wound. A howl if you will. That’s it. I will call it the Howl of Freedom. Standing up for who I am and achieving what’s on top of my interests - freedom.

There was one specific question that made me ruminate about my purpose more than any other:

How can I leave my mark on the world, I thought, unless I get out there first and see it?

Do you ever find yourself wandering, while scripts are unfolding inside your head and you are suddenly able, like a renascent painter, to convert the vague ideas into visuals? This is exactly what happened to me when I was dissecting my purpose. And the image above landed on my blank canvas of dreams. It was just me, an immense white-powdery beach, the Indian’s ocean infinite turquoise waters, and a lost tourist joining the manifesto of freedom and giving me indications on how to fly my drone.

That’s how the howl gained momentum, and it kept reverberating for months on the wild beaches of Zanzibar. But this lifestyle, this fierce urge to explore and immerse into the wonders of the world covers a way wider timeline and space. I was born with it, and I am sure some of you inherited it too. This will be my sanctuary and I will be feeding it with raw feelings coming from the most virgin and unexplored places. Some of these places will be physical, natural wonders, breathtaking artifacts of Earth. But most of them… will come from the inside, in an attempt to open my heart - to new experiences, to myself and to you, my dear readers.

Together, we will be drawing a steady line between life’s highlights and we will call it a lifestyle. We will demolish old beliefs and start living closer to who we are. We will learn how to live in the moment, be a bit less stressed, and a bit more hakuna matata.
